Normally, as operators, we are filtering tickets by ‘Not solved’. Now that we can put tickets in a ‘On Hold’ status. We can only see them if the Status filter is set to ‘On Hold’.

Is there a way to have tickets with a status of ‘On Hold’ display with all the other tickets when the Status filter is set to ‘Not solved’?

The following has not been tested.  I'm posting this on the condition that you test it and kindly report back your results.

This is for TTX version 3.0 only:

In TTXCommon.pm, line 30...

Quote
'(PND|OPN|WFR|HLD)' => 'Not solved',

In TTXDesk.pm, line 417...

Quote
foreach my $status ('(OPN|PND)', 'PND', 'OPN', 'WFR', 'HLD', '(OPN|WFR)', 'CLS', '(PND|OPN|WFR|HLD)') {

It would be nice to be able to filter tickets specifying multiple keywords (all of which would have to be present). I am well aware of #2647,

If I understand correctly, this mod adds "On Hold" tickets to the Status list of Not Solved. Personally I'd like to also remove tickets from the list with a status of Responded.

e.g. Searching for tickets with a "Status" of "Not Solved", would return a list of all tickets with the status of Open, Pending or On Hold.

Any suggestions on how to do this?

as always, Thanks Much!

I might have figures this out. I deleted the below strikethrough part. Seems to work...does this seem right?

Thanks

I believe so.

Lookup one of the other "status" modifications in the index to be sure.  Those are pretty thorough regarding what needs to be done in this regard.
