I have TTX 3.0 up and flying, but I have some questions about general distribution of confirmation email.
As per Alex's forum reply I have set a broadcast value in the config file emailing 2 additional managers.
RESULTS
When a ticket is created email confirmations go to:
default email address in the config file (email).
customer that placed the ticket.
broadcast list in the config file.
Unless you turn off email notification, shouldn't the same people be notified on any changes of the ticket as well as ticket closing? I have several managers that want to be emailed after every ticket update, is this possible?

I rolled back the installation to a fresh installation prior to any mods and this solved he Bcc Problems.
