Try the "dict.csv" file.

only change the second part of any line.

hmmmmmmmmmm, dict.csv isn't a file that exists on my server (looked and looked through folders, then finally did a search for it)

It's not created by TTX...

apparently, you forgot to upload it during installation.

Possibly? But everything seems to be working fine and dandy.

Found it! ticket.html

Explanation...so far today 6 people have started a message that I responded to, that then started a new ticket rather than responding to my response. I'm thinking that changing the text from "Update" to "Submit Response" might solve, or at least reduce this.

yeah I know, I looked at Ticket Merge  Wink Right at the moment I don't have enough time to get it working...and even then, I'd rather try to make it as intuitive as possible for people.

Thanks

Let's be perfectly clear for anyone else reading this thread:

dict.csv IS included in the TTX 3.0 package.  If it's not on your server, it's because you failed to put it there or removed it later.  TTX can't create it, delete it, move it, or edit it.

dict.csv IS NOT required for TTX to function.  Without it, TTX just defaults to English.  However, it provides a VERY convenient way to edit the various pieces of text, labels, etc, that appear in many different locations without having to mess with templates or modules.

RATS! Wish I had figured this one out from the beginning  Grin You are of course correct. Unfortunately, the install instructions made it sound like the file, dict.csv, was only necessary for translating into a different language ("How to translate Trouble Ticket Express"). I pretty much passed it over after reading that part, and never considered the possibility of using it for simply changing the wording of different aspects.
