I tried adding my custom fields to the ticketed.html form so we could edit other fields in the ticket.  When you click on the ticket and bring this view up, the custom fields are empty, when you put something and and click change it says it has changed the ticket but it hasn't.  What are we doing wrong??

You may not add custom fields to ticketed.html. You may add custom fields to contact form only. For more info please refer to this page.

The Trouble Ticket Express will automatically create edit controls for your custom fields for use in popup ticket editor (ticketed.html template) if you have the Layout Designer module installed.

We have more than 10 fields so the newticket.html had to be edited manually.  Where do we go from here???
