I would like to ask how we can set response time for each ticket. We would like it to appear in the report. Response time for each ticket if the status is "responded"

My understanding is that this is already available under "Reports">"Ticket Aging"
Currently it displays "Breakdown of time to close a ticket"
In order to display "Breakdown of time to respond to a ticket" you will need to edit TTXReports ....Subroutine = aging360 .... or create a new subroutine ......

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?
