Hi Sparky,

            I have installed Trouble Ticket in Redhat linux 4 . Everything working fine . there is no problem . but i have one problem in when i create a new ticket i am not getting any mail and operator also is not getting any mail.

i have configured sendmail in my linux machine . please give me a your suggestion

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided

           I have gone through as you send the url to me . now i have understood . we need to purchase email notification modules . mailbox.cgi . right . how much that mailbox.cgi modules . how to configure that modules

You do not need to purchase anything for email notifications.

The optional modules for sale are only if you want to create or respond to a ticket using incoming email.

You still have some other kind of problem or setup issue.
