Hi,

I have added some extra fields to the users ticket creation screen, and this works great.

My question is can these extra fields be added/seen in the help desk ticket view screen (where all the tickets are displayed) as i want to sort the ticket by customer?

Thanks

Paul

Hello paulsbanks

Yes you can ..... All you have to do is put a check mark in "Show In Browser" beside your custom field in the TTX setup.cgi file ....

...I'm assuming that you have the layout module .....

Where and what do i need to add to setup.cgi to make this happen.

There is nothing to edit in setup.cgi. As long as you prefer to edit code yourself, just develop your version of Layout Designer module and you are all set... Wink

Or you could support this great product by paying the ridiculously low fee for the layout module :?

If you're a programmer, you should easily be able to figure this out I had have done.   Browse the Modifications index in the Modifications forum for lots of ideas.

Otherwise, purchase the Layout Designer and it's done.
