Hello,

Recently, I installed TTXFile.pm to allow for attachments on tickets...during testing I noticed that when I customer attaches a file the file name appears as "file1" and when a operator attaches a file the actual file name appears for example "customer contract.doc"

I reviewed the code in TTXFile.pm and I can't see where or what I have to edit in order for the the actual file name to appear when the file is attached from the customer side

please advise and thank you in advance....
