What is this file? It's gotten HUGE at over 785 megs

It's the log for tracing SMTP (email sending).

Turn off SMTP Trace in the Setup program... it's not meant to stay on when you're not troubleshooting.

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided
