Is there anyway to easily make the program have a drop down so you can select existing people, phone numbers, issues, etc?

Next to each field could you have a drop down that contains all the data from the database for that field, so instead of re-entering your information you would just select it?

I would suggest using Layout Designer module as it support custom fields of list and item types and produces drop down select menus automatically.

Yeah but would it be able to pull existing information from our MySQL database and insert it into the form?
