Hi there,
Just wondering if there is a way to assigning ticket to a specific user/group referring to the Subject?
Btw, I've got Mail Module and Group Module.

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?

How about by sending to different email addresses when lodging the ticket?

Different than what? You can set it up with any email address.
You can also send it to a Cc: or Bcc: address.

Lots of ways depending on what you want and which version you have. Search both this forum and the Modifications forum for various explanations and discussions about this.
