Hi, I have read all posts in forums but couldn't find what I'm looking for. I have TTX 3.0 working fine. When a customer opens a new ticket, all operators in default group get notification. Then an operator claims the ticket, works on it and closes it. Is there any way to make a "ticket closing" confirmation to be sent to all operators so they don't need to enter and check if there's a ticket pending to solve?

Thanks

Why?  If they haven't claimed it, they won't see it, right?

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided

Hi, we work as follows:

1.- Customer opens a new ticket. All operators are set up in the default group, so all of them receive a notification
2.- An available operator claims a ticket, works on it and can or cannot close it, depending on the trouble
3.- When this operator finishes its working hour, a new operator should take care of the tickets opened

In this scenario, each operator has his Outlook Inbox with the messages received for every:

a.- ticket opening
b.- ticket claim

If the operator can receive also a ticket closing message, he can easily clear his inbox and have a fast snapshot of the work pending when he starts working simply by giving a look at his inbox.

I hope now it's a bit more clear the use of the REQ.

Thanks
J.
