Hello,

I have trying to resolve a sorting with the ticket browser but unfortunately I keep on running into road blocks ....

Can anyone suggest where I should be looking ....

I reviewed the Templates and Modules

TTXDesk
TTXTicket

helpdesk.html
ticket.html

I assume you replaced those modules with fresh ones and it works?

I believe ttx.cgi and TTXCommon.pm also take part in the sort.

All the forum avatars were broken when he moved the forum database.  Alex fixed it but everyone needs to re-upload their picture.  Until now, yours was just a broken link.

Start with a clean installation and start replacing modules one by one until you break it.

I'm on the verge of moving this thread since the problem is surely related to a modification.

Hi Sparky ...

I did do a fresh install and it did work properly .... after that I downloaded all of the "new install" modules and templates and copied them over to another dir ...where I'm having the issues ... i uploaded the "new install " files to place the existing one and still no go ...

What exactly is the issue here?  You made a modification that broke your ability to sort columns in the Ticket Browser?
