Hello,
I have trying to resolve a sorting with the ticket browser but unfortunately I keep on running into road blocks ....
Can anyone suggest where I should be looking ....
I reviewed the Templates and Modules
TTXDesk
TTXTicket
helpdesk.html
ticket.html

I assume you replaced those modules with fresh ones and it works? Only the ones i thought that I broke TTXDesk TTXTicket ....and it hasn't resolved the issue ... |

Start with a clean installation and start replacing modules one by one until you break it.
I'm on the verge of moving this thread since the problem is surely related to a modification.

You didn't do it right then. A new/fresh installation should work perfectly fine until you break it.  |

Hi Sparky ...
I did do a fresh install and it did work properly .... after that I downloaded all of the "new install" modules and templates and copied them over to another dir ...where I'm having the issues ... i uploaded the "new install " files to place the existing one and still no go ...
