Guys,
Is it possible to automatically assign tickets to a group, depending on the email address it was sent to (and therefore imported to TTX)
the email box TTX imports from, may have email sent to different email addresses.
An example is 1 of our customers might send an email to
stock@derwood.com.au and it would be imported to the 'stock' group.
at the moment we would manually assign it to the group, but can this be done automatically.
