Guys,

I am in the process of modifying our email templates and I was wanting to add the name of the operator who made the change to the ticket in the email out to operators and the customer.

what variable is used to pass the operator's name who has just amended the ticket?

I have searched the list for a week, might have missed any previous listing.

Alex,

(%OPERATORNAME%) only works in the email template that goes to the customer, not the one that goes to the operators.

is TTX designed to do that?

Yes, the OPERATORNAME macro is not included in the Operator Notify subroutine.

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided

Bugger, can this be changed easily or is there another variable that does the same thing?

Post a topic in the Mod forum following the posting guidelines and I'll see what I can do.
