POP2PIPE Not working after Server Change

Guys,

My ISP has just advised they have transferred my website to a new server. Everything is working with the exception of POP2PIPE, which was working well prior to the change of server. I have been reading as many posts about POP2PIPE and cant find anything that seems to help me.

I am using TTX v3.0, not sure of details of the server. The only thing I am 100% sure of is that POP2PIPE is being called successfully, and appears to be working but the emails are not being imported and as I said it has started after the website was transferred to a new server. The path details have been checked and are the same.

We use importing of email to generate tickets alot and it is causing much grief...

Alex is the expert with this sort of thing.

Send a ticket to him directly.  You'll find the link in the sticky threads.

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided

What was the solution to the issue.
We are having the same issue. The script is running and appears to work, and the emails get deleted from the email account, but nothing gets imported.

Thanks,

James.

I have no idea.  But you should take the same advice I gave Derwood.

No MIME::Parser module found

ISP fixed that and it started working again... so simple really. hope it solves your problem.
