We are running TTX 3.01 MySQL version on a Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS server.
We use Zimbra for email, so we have the mail module and the pop2pipe module as piping is not easily done through Zimbra.
Whenever we submit a ticket via email, which right now is by sending to
test@ourdomain.com, it adds this email to the CC list and subsequently polls the mailbox another 5 minutes later and pulls in the new ticket notification and adds it to the ticket thread.
Has anyone else run into this issue and fixed it? Only other reference I could find on the forums was here:
