Hi Everyone,

Thanks for taking the time to read and help on this one.

I'm sure this has been covered but I can't find it. Probably down to my head being elsewhere.

I want to change the 'From' field on received tickets.

Currently it's set to whatever is in the "Company name:" field and I'd like it to be the First and Last name of the person who initiated the ticket.

Any ideas please?

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided

In TTXTicket.pm, search for the word "from" and you'll find all the relevant bits of code.

Far too much code that matches for me to start messing with, so I think I'll just put up with it as it is.
