Hi Everyone,

I've got my TTX system set up to notify my manager via email (CC List) when a new ticket comes in.
However, no emails are being received at the specified email address.

I've got the email setup on TTX to use SendMail and not SMTP.

I've tested this by changing it to a different email address and the same problem occurs.
I've not been able to test it with other email providers except the ones I have access to.

Currently set up: (email addresses are fictional to prevent spam)
CC : manager@sistercompanydomain.co.uk, personalemail@hotmail.co.uk, otherpersonalemail@gmail.com

Emails come through fine to the personalemail@hotmail.co.uk account but none what so ever to the manager@sistercompanydomain.co.uk or otherpersonalemail@gmail.com

I've checked the spam filters, spam box, etc and nothing in there.

Any ideas please anyone?
Thanks very much
MisterD

Saving me the trouble of opening up my 3.0 demo, tell me exactly how you set up the CSS list.

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided
