Hi All,

I have been running TTX for a couple of years now. Recently only a couple of users have started getting a CGI time out when transferring a ticket to another queue. I'm not sure why but it's only one particular queue that seems to have that effect. Now I am getting some users that have transferred to that one queue and cannot transfer to any other. Is this some kind of cache issue? I've cleared the browser cache's on the client machines and had the users test from an entirely different workstation with the same results.

These are server errors (nothing to do with browser caches).  You're not running out of server space?

Send this to Alex at his helpdesk.

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided

Thanks! Understood, I was wondering if it was an Apache cache issue... I'll send it to Alex, but I'll be dammed if I can not find the correct forum to contact him..
