Hello,
We use the ticket aging report here loads for monitoring performance of our HelpDesk, can you please tell me if it's possible to:

1) Change the report to view the last 30 days rather than the last 365 days

2) Narrow down the first part of the aging to 0 - 4 hours, 4 - 8 hours, 8 - 24 hours and then the rest as is

Firstly, please go read the sticky threads in this forum.  (This has been moved to the Modifications Forum.)

Secondly, yes, it's possible to modify the reports.

Everything you'd need to modify is contained in the TTXReports.pm module.

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided
