G'day all,

I am having a problem with our people not using the filters correctly on TTX, I have told them time and time again how to use them, but tickets are being missed through incorrect use or no use at all. I cannot get the message through to them. So I have decided to try to modify TTX...

I am after some help finding and modifying TTX. What I want is when user x logs into TTX, they would see tickets assigned to them only and Not Solved.

The above would be the default setting at login only, the user would be able to use the filters to change the setting anytime they like.

Any help appreciated.

Modification #13 might be a starting point for this.

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided
