I have TTX rev. 3.01.770 installed on a Linux server.  But I don't have TTXWorkHours.  Where do I get this option.  I would like to suppress the new ticket option from some operators.

Thanks.  I got it and installed it.  But even though I set hours, it always sends emails to every operator all the time.  Any suggestions?

Yes, I would suggest using our help desk as we will need sensitive information about your setup.

Thanks for your help.  I have resolved this issue.  Once the hours were reset and the server bounced, it is now working.
