Hello Sparky.
I need your always valuable help.     I don´t need this interesting mod yet, I need a only simple mod (I think) related with normal "ticketed" feature.

Actually ticketed allows any user to get a pop-up window to edit some (fixed or custom) fields for the selected ticket.
This access by click on ticket id on helpdesk panel or click on subject on an opened ticket.  All these o.k.

The only mod I need is to allow access to that pop-up (ticketed) only to user who has "me" privileges granted on setup.cgi.    Please tell me what & where to mod to get this.
I´m sure it´s a simple matter for you but no for me as a newbie here.

Thanks a lot.

I can't look into it right now but you can get started by examining the TTXTickEd.pm module.  It's for operators so making it for operators with "ME" privileges should require only minor alteration.

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided
To those seeking help.... please report back when you figure it out.  Cheesy
