[REQ] Set default operator on operator ticket list

When an operator views all tickets, can I set the "operator" value to default to the current logged in operator ?

Sorry, let me clarify. When an operator displays the "tickets" listing, there are a number of fields that they can search/select on. One is the operator name. I would like to default the selection to the operator who is logged on. So when Joe logs in, he sees tickets assigned to him by default, although he could select another option from the dropdown. I expect this is a html tweak, but I don't know where to look for this.
