when my customer create a new Ticket I receive a notification  email but when i update that tektite I did not receive any notification  email for my update.
i have only one user admin with my email
what I need only to receive a notification email when any Ticket updated

You are not supposed to get notified when you update your own ticket.   There is no point. 

Only customer is notified when operator updates ticket.    Then only operator is notified when customer updates ticket.

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided

It is ok I can understand
Actually what I want is my supervisor he should notified by email  that I am answered the customer trouble ticket on the same moment of I update the trouble ticket …for this what sahll I do???. Could you help on this
