This is a weird one ....

When I view some of the tickets via the application, I can see the form data and on other tickets there is no data displayed...

Yet.. when I view the tables via my MS Access app ... I see the data on tickets that don't display any data via the application/browser....

Um ...why  Huh

Which data exactly?

Are there some weird characters in there causing TTX to skip over those?

Is it always the same data from the same tickets that's missing?

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided

Me thinks this is a MYSQL server issue ....

the provider we use did upgrade the MySQL version recently ... and now I'm wondering if the upgrade issues have now propagated to the physical server where our site resides on ....
