Hello,

I have installed a new windows 2008 r2 server with MS sql 2008 r2. I have a fresh verision of TTX running with my tickets from my currently running flat file installation. I am now trying to run the mssqlsetup.cgi file and I am getting the http error 502.2 Bad Gateway error. I am not a database guy. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get this file to run?

Yes I have looked at the tutorial but it is quited dated now with windows 2008 r2 and iis7.5 which is completely different looking. But as mentioned I have been able to get ttx 3.x running. I don't understand most of what was in the forum you sited and I am still stuck at the bad gateway error. If anyone has more "newbie" type instruction it would be greatly appreciated. Not only am I not a database giys but I am not to hot on IIS 7.x. There was mention of php. I don't recall setting anything up in IIS for php specifically, is there a piece I might be missing there?

Thanks
