My TTX config is 2.24, Centos 5.6, MySQL enabled.

Have been sending tickets to a new client today who uses MessageLabs as their spam filter. Those messages are getting tagged as spam and rejected. Others are working fine.

I see in the header that the ticket is from Apache@FQDN

Is there a way I can modify that to my real e-mail address.

Thanks

Ken

Could you please explain what does it exactly mean:

"the ticket is from Apache@FQDN"?

FQDN= Fully Qualified Domain Name

eg: mine is knetgate.kensnet.org but the e-mail address that the machine knetgate is server for is kensnet.org

Hope that clarifies

Thanks

Here are the headers of the e-mail. I think MessageLabs is rejecting the message because the return path is

apache@knetgate.kensnet.org

Where in the code could I alter what it uses for the sender/return path

Thanks

Ken

In the past I've found that this is a mailserver configuration issue - http://serverfault.com/questions/32270/exim-sends-mail-from-apachehostname-instead-of-the-hostname-im-defining might help you if you're running Exim, or at least give you the general idea if you're using another MTA.
