Hello I am trying to install either Help Desk Lite or Trouble Ticket Express... The second one seems everything I need BUT...

I always get server error...

By looking at the error logs I get the following errors:

...for helpdesk.cgi:
[failed to open log file /var/log/apache2/suexec.log]
[fopen: Permission denied]
[Premature end of script headers]

...and a general error:
[attempt to invoke directory as script]


Do you have any ideas how I can get any of the two scripts working on my server?

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided
