Hi,
We have ( ia m sure others have too) been subjected to a blitz of junk spam mail which  has generated around 100+ tickets which are useless. Is there any way to delete many tickets at once rather than going to each individual ticket. Each ticke takes ages to pull up in any case...

I'm guessing it depends on if you have the SQL version or not. Might want to give that info.

I would suggest upgrading to 2.22 as it supports closing, deleting and assigning multiple tickets.
