When used in an html template like confirmnew.html, %TICKETURL% simply contains a link to the ticket. When the same variable is used in a txt template like newticket.txt, it also contains the string "ACCESS KEY: " followed by the access key. The %TICKETKEY% that contains the access key for html templates doesn't work at all in txt templates.

I find this a bit confusing and would like to suggest that the same variables are used for all kinds of templates.
