We have pop2mail, file attachments, Sql add-ons and everything works great.
But what would be useful is: we have 2 groups defined IT and Sales.
Currently all emails to the trouble ticket system come to
itgroup@mail.com and we go in manually and transfer it to Sales group if necessary.
Is there an easy way to setup for example 2 dummy email addresses eg.
itgroup@mail.com and
salesgroup@mail.com and depending on which email address it was addressed to, assign it automatically to the correct group without having to go into each ticket and transfer them?
