No, this is not the end of free service we provide to users of our free software. You are welcome to continue using our help desk system. You may post your inquiries here as well. Either way you will get the same level of service, including response times. The only difference is exposure, as posting to a message board will extend your audience far beyond the service team. I have no idea whether this broad exposure will shorten wait time though. Anyway, this is not the main reason we started this forum site. What we expect to happen is broader discussion of help desk software features and customer service techniques. Currently we talk about these issues tête-à-tête (through official help desk site). Almost all new software features that were introduced during last years were result of such conversations. When implementing a new feature we are trying to do it in the most generic way to ensure it will be handy for as many users as possible. Obviously it is somewhat complicated to think on behalf of "as many users as possible", and I hope this message board will be of great assistance for further development.

Thank you all for using and shaping our software,
Alex

Is there a central "Wish list" where users can post feature requests?
