[MOD] Answer Library Window Size

Ok this should be an easy question... when you click on answer library in a ticket the answer library pops up...
I was having some problems with the size of the answer title selector field being too small... so i found the paramter for the field size and changed it... no problem! However... i'm trying to adjust the size of the popup window to reflect this.. .and i can't seem to locate the window size parametre.  I thought i'd found it in the answerlib section of the TTXSetup file but adjusting the width number there doesn't seem to do the trick.

Any idea where I can make that adjustment?

Hi James,

The window size for the Answer Library appears to be hardcoded in ticket.html.

If you change it, beware that there may still be people using an 800x600 screen resolution, so I suggest you test your change at that resolution, too.
