I am trying to figure out how we can map certain email addresses to groups.

EX: 
an email is sent  to Design@website.com and a ticket is created and the group is set to "design"

an email is sent to support@website.com and a ticket is created and the group is set to "tech support"

etc.


Is this possible? Shocked

Trouble Ticket Express software does not support such a feature. Unfortunately I see no change a single line of code solution here. Our company provides custom programming services, please contact our help desk if you want to request a quote.
