[REQ] Hide Answer Library Link (based on who's logged in)

Is there a way to hide the answer library link based on the operator?  Something in the config file?

you can disable it by editing the template (html file) in the templates folder. Sry dont remember the exact file name, try opening them one by one in IE. it would show something like (%Answerlink%), just delete that.

Thanks Sonal but I need to have it hide conditionally based on the operator logged in.  I know you can hide other elements such as the transfer list.  Is there complete documentation for the config file somewhere?
