The 2.23 is available for download. All module download pages were updated as well. The major new feature is Unicode support. And since it is nearly impossible to run full scale in-house testing of Unicode support (mind all the possible combinations of Perl version, Perl library versions, SQL database software version and encodings - many languages have multiple code sets), we had to assign beta status to the whole package.

Security fix:
- No ticket access key in URLs (operator interface). Prevents unauthorized access to tickets using browser cache.
