Re: Glossy Display.
A Mac Mini with your own LCD would solve that problem.
Minis are not very expandable but, heck, neither are the iMacs. Minis are just as fast and have plenty of ports.

Yes, it would. But I can't live without second monitor And I am not sure 2GB RAM would be sufficient, as I have to host Windows using VMWare Fusion, mostly for testing and SQL Server related stuff.

Re: No second monitor. A nice big honkin' Mac Pro tower would solve that one.

The secondary issue was "no second monitor" on a Mac Mini. That software won't help... it's for older iBooks, iMacs, and eMacs which apparently didn't support "Desktop spanning".

Try "getElementById()" document.getElementById('preview2').msg.value = document.forms['newticket'].problem.value; document.getElementById('preview2').submit();

Try "getElementById()" document.getElementById('preview2').msg.value = document.forms['newticket'].problem.value; document.getElementById('preview2').submit(); Your response time was nothing less than 'Super Human' !! That is a compliment. I tried your suggestion, and had no luck, BUT, I did follow a few links, and tried the 'safe mode'. I had turned off all my addons earlier (except... and I am ashamed to admit this), my zonealarm firewall. I have not done a detail check of why this was affecting it, but THAT was the problem. My appologies for throwing a stone at the software, the original code works PERFECT!! And just to add some more sugar, I am trying the FREE version, and being a programmer of over 25 years, I am amazed at the detail and thought put into this program!!!!! Usually, I have to add all kinds of little things I think would help people.. but darn if everything I could think of was ALREADY IN THERE!! This has GOT to be the best FREE software I have EVER found. This is the first 'trouble ticket' system I tried, and I will not be looking any further. Thanks for your quick response!! I will wait a little while to be sure everyone sees this, and delete my original post so as not to lead others astray. (BIG SMILE)
