How much message editing can you do?
Can you Remove attachments? and Edit the Messages e.g. strip out signatures from e-mails sent in?

You can edit message text or delete it completely. You may not delete an attachment, however you may delete link to a file. I would suggest trying our demo for further details.

What happens if you delete a link to a file? does the file just remain in the TTX folder? or can it be then deleted manually?

When you delete a link to file the link gets deleted. Nothing else happens. You can delete anything (including files) manually.

Is there anything to watch out for when upgrading from a previous version (2.22 -> 2.24)? I couldn't seem to find anything re: upgrading.
TIA

I have to say this is much easier to configure than I had expected. I've used Perot System's Remedy setup before and found it ackward to use. This one is so straight forward.
Thanks for the great work!!!
