There was a useful thread a while back that had short descriptions of what most of the templates controlled.  I can't seem to find it anymore.  Huh

Can anyone point me to it?

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided

Thx to Magnus Wester and Sparky for the footwork. 
Here they are:

TTX Templates
Quantity (v2.24):  27

New user post
newticket.html - ticket entry form
confirmnew.html - shown to the user after the ticket has been submitted

Post assigned to operator
[no template] - Ticket transfer notice sent to the operator that the ticket is assigned to

email templates
newmessage.txt - e-mail sent to the user when the operator posts a response
onewmessage.txt - e-mail sent to the operator when the user posts a response
newticket.txt - e-mail sent to the user to confirm the new ticket
onewticket.txt - e-mail sent to admin the operator about the new ticket

Ticket Browser templates
helpdesk.html - Main ticket browser or ticket listing

Ticket templates
ticket.html - a single Ticket page where all the messages on one ticket are viewed
claim.html - used when viewing messages tickets that haven't been assigned to an operator and also have a status of PND.
ticketed.html - pop-up you get when you want to edit the subject, name, or email address for the ticket.  Can also edit any other item including custom fields as per Browser Layout privileges in Setup.
msgedit.html - pop-up window for message editing
roticket.html - something to do with ticket page when ticket is "read only" tickets for certain operators
preview.html - shown pop-up window for the "Preview" link in a ticket
print.html - printer-friendly version of ticket page.  Requires download and installation of new free module from upcoming version 2.25, link to info
annotate.html - feature not yet used?

Answer Library templates
answerlib.html - pop-up window for the Answer Library (optional module)
delanswer.html - confirm the deletion of an answer from the Library (optional module)
orderalib.html - tells you you need to order the optional Answer Library module
newanswer.html - for adding answers to the Answer Library module

Miscellaneous templates
footer.shtml - HTML at the bottom of all TTX pages with the exception of pop-up windows
header.shtml - HTML at the top of all TTX pages with the exception of pop-up windows
login.html - login screen
markuphelp.html - shown pop-up window for the "Markup help" link in a ticket
reports.html - Reports screen
dashboard.html - Where all equipment is listed when optional Inventory Module is installed
showitem.html - looks like a pop-up to edit add notes to "items" with optional Inventory Tracking module
keyform.html - user clicks on link to ticket in newmessage.txt and must enter access key to login to TTX who is not logged in must enter full ticket key here to see ticket

header.shtml and footer.shtml should be moved to the misc. section.  They are part of every single page that is not a pop-up window.
