Upon reading other posts on this forum, and considering my own requirements, I would like to suggest that the ticket list in TTX gets a
Preferences
link, with the following saved in a cookie:
- Number of tickets per page (replaces current field in ticket list)
- Include abstracts (replaces current field in ticket list)
- Refresh interval (new option for meta refresh of the ticket list)
- Color scheme (new option for color coding depending on ticket status,
only for admins
)
- Keep deleted tickets (new option making "Deleted" a status rather than a physical deletion,
only for admins
)
- Show deleted tickets (new option)
If you have your own requirements for this suggested feature, please add them to this post!
