I would like to suggest that the current management of the status of each ticket is changed.
In the ticketThe choices of possible settings is currently handled "intelligently", i.e. the options vary with the situation. I would like to change this to a standard combo with all the possible status settings (including "Deleted"), with the recommended setting in each situation set as the default.
Examples- When opening a new ticket, the suggested new status could be "Open", meaning the same as "Claim".
- When responding to an open ticket, the suggested new status could be "Responded".
In the ticket listInstead of the current "Close selected" and "Delete selected", I suggest a "Set status" button with the same status selection combo, i.e. the same format used for the "Assign to" setting. Also here, the status list should include "Deleted", being the new way to delete tickets.
