Can we get that functionality back?

This forum is composed of end-users and volunteers (myself) who help each other figure out how to modify TTX.  If you're not finding an answer or getting a response quick enough, your options are to hire a perl programmer or tackle it yourself.  Bumping this thread every week will solve nothing.

As I already stated on June 15th, the modification in this thread is not equipped to do anything other than trigger or block a standard Operator notification based on some conditionals.  If that standard Operator notification is operating differently, then something else was changed when TTX v3.0 was released.  I would start by looking in the TTXMail.pm module... maybe compare it line by line to the older version.

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided

Sorry for any incontinence. I understand what you are saying. Last time you had the answer and it was really quick. (which I really appreciated)  I don’t know any perl at all and didn’t know if it would be a quick fix again. Again, I understand your position. I will let our staff know the option just isn’t available any longer.

Thanks again for your time.
