Hello,

Is it possible to change the word "ticket" to "request" and or "service request" in the subject line?...if so ...which module?

Everything to do with composition of emails, that's not in a template, would be found in the TTXTicket.pm module under the opernotify and usernotify subroutines.  Let me know if you need more help with that.

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided

It's this line in both subroutines...

$subject = TTXDictionary::translate('Ticket').' '.$ticket->{id};

But it indicates that you could also change the word "Ticket" in the dictionary file, dict.csv.

Or just remove the reference to the dictionary and make your change...

You are great! ..thank you for the quick reply ..I have made my changes and all is fine.  I hope you are "compensated"  Grin well for all the help you provide ....absolutly amazing!  I learnt so much through you... just a few more mods and our company will be rolling this out by March 2008.

I promise ....no more "mushy" stuff Smiley
