We trying to use your program in our office , so far working all fine but I do have few questions about the program it self and set up.

First I would like explain what I am trying to do and than please correct me if I am wrong.

1) I was able install troubleticketexpress on our server.

2) Now I am trying to load program with different functions.

So if Understand correctly when I install program on our server and I start editing groups it was disabled so I will need buy this option

to be able add more groups or I can just add two for free witch is Phone and Department.



3) When user creating a ticket he or she will come to this screen

 

Contact Customer Service


 Name* 
Email* 
Subject* 
Problem   preview
 

After ticket created user will get conformation number , and than ticket will sit in the program with status pending
all this is working fine for us.
Here is my question there is any way I can be notified when new ticket arrived from the end users?

4) When I was checking helpdesckconet website I was also testing as free demo and I sow there is option where I can submit how much time I spend
when I was fixing the problem , we actually looking for this option to have.

5) Most importent option for us is reports I totaly understend how they work, but there is any way it can be done in PDF or EXL files.

When you get chance please let me know.

If you need Groups Mode you need Groups Module.

Trouble Ticket Express sends new ticket notifications to all operators.

Trouble Ticket Express does not provide the features you described. For custom programming please feel free to submit a ticket through our help desk.
