I am trying to use a graphical access code. It works fine the first time, but after that the cached copy of the old code image is re-used, instead of the new code image. Is there a simple way to get around this?

We have failed to reproduce the error using our server. Could you please provide step by step instructions required to reproduce the error on your server?

Sorry - I was using the image in a PHP file, where I had set the http header caching information incorrectly.
Works fine now.
