Hello,

I have uploaded and edited all files / mods as per the instructions and the ticket merge mod is not functioning.  I get no errors and do not see the "merge" button in ticket.html

http://dev.csg.mts.net/cgi-bin/ttx.cgi?cmd=newticket&sid=&style=

Thank you in adv

Arv

You'll only see the button on Ticket pages when logged in as an Operator.

First off, I only see one ticket.  You can't merge it into itself.

Sorry, I couldn't resist being a smart-ass... Wink

Create a few test tickets and lets see what happens.

Where is your ticket template?

Not here...

http://dev.csg.mts.net/cgi-bin/templates/ticket.html

I can't find it so zip up your ticket.html file, upload it someplace, and post the link here.

Then give me a little time.

Thanks.

That appears to be fine... assuming that's the same template as the one being called up.  (believe me it's happened more than once so we have to be sure)

Now I need to see your TTXTicket.pm file.

Wait a minute -

Did you give your Admin proper privileges?

The admin needs "me" privileges checked in the setup.cgi program.

Did you upload TTXMerge.pm in ASCII mode and set permissions to 755 ?

Again, something I left out of the instructions.   Undecided
