In the emails sended to the customer, the variable (%TICKETURL%) don't only includes the Ticket nnn link but  one blank line and "ACCESS KEY: nnnnn+++".

curiously in the Onewticket.txt, the same variable only includes the "normal" link, as I want all the rest (newmessage.txt and newticket.txt).

Please how can change the variable in order to include only the link without the "access key" info code.

Thanks i advance.

onewticket.txt is operator side template. Curiously there is no need for access key when notifying an operator. To modify the macro please edit TTXTicket.pm, look for usernotify function.
