Hi!

I have a improvement suggestion  Smiley .  I believe that a great additional feature would be if users (after ticket has been closed), could provide feedback about how well or bad service was performed. That could be done by email or “selecting stars” like when your rate youtube videos. Perhaps a comment field too... What do you think?

There's not a whole lot of activity in this part of the forum.

Just to clarify, are you asking about HelpDesk Connect or Trouble Ticket Express?

Two totally different products.

I´m asking about HelpDesk Connect, application which I´m currently using.

Do you have any idea how much it would cost to implement that feature?

No, I don't work for United Web Coders.

But since the HelpDesk Connect forum gets so few messages, you might want to contact Alex directly at his support desk. There is a link in one of the sticky threads over in the TTX Troubleshooting forum.
